We provide translation services mainly for email messages, documents, data, and web contents. Terms below state rules of using this Service for the users of this Service (“Users”). Users are regarded to have agreed on these terms when they use our Service.
1. Users are fully responsible for transmitting Data through this Service. Users must be aware of the risk of unauthorized access , etc., and take protective measures such as file backup. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damages that may occur during the transmission of data.
2. Users are not allowed to send the following kinds of data.
– Data which may infringe copy right, trademark and/or any other rights that belong to others.
– Data which may be harmful to minors such as pornographic images.
– Data which contains obvious prejudice, discrimination, malicious expressions , etc.
– Data which is meant to foment illegal activities and religious activities
– Data which may insult, abuse, threat, blackmail, or invade privacy of particular individual, association and/or company.
– Data which may contain or have a possibility of introducing harmful programs or data.
– Data which violates laws of the place where the data is transmitted to and from.
– Data which is obviously for advertising activities and are sent to the general public.
– Data which interferes the operation of this Service or is detrimental to this Service’s reputation.
3.If we find any violation in above-stated rules, we hold the right to cancel all the Data transmission to and from the User, and delete all or some part of the Data in our servers without the Users’ consent. Moreover, we will not notify the User regarding the cancellation of Data transmission and/or deletion of the Data.
4.We are not responsible for any damages caused by the loss of the original Data that is kept and transmitted by the Users.
5.We provide the best possible translations based on the background knowledge and information we have.We assume no responsibility for the troubles and claims that may occur between the Users any third parties about the translation.
6.We do not guaranty or compensate for any loss or damages caused by the loss of Users’ Data due to some unexpected problems or errors in our server.Each User is responsible for the backup and management of his/her own Data.
7. We do not guaranty or compensate for problems that arise from unpredictable or uncontrollable situations such as natural disaster, communication failure, failure of storage devices, etc., We do not guaranty or compensate for any damages caused by the communication failure that may occur during transmitting Data to and/or from the Users.
8. If the User’s Data causes any harm to us or to other Users, the User is responsible for all the issues that may arise and for all the compensation for the damages.
9. We may send email messages to Users to notify latest information or for other reasons without prior consent from Users.
10. These terms are subject to changes without any prior notice to Users.
11.Delivery
Depending on the volume of a requested document, we will electronically deliver the translation within a day to one week. We will notify the delivery date together with the quotation.
12. Refund Policy
In principle, we shall not refund any translation fees according to the nature of our service provided. However, if Users did not receive the appropriate service due to some specific reasons, we may consider the overall situation and accept the refund requests. Please contact our support center for more information and inquiries.
13. Payment
We accept credit card payments (VISA, MASTER,JCB,AMEX), and bank transfer.
Currency which is accepted by the merchant is Japanese Yen [JPY ¥].
You will see 【fm-translate.com】as a payment description on your credit card statement. Details of payment will be notified when we send Users our quote for their orders. If we do not receive payments from a User within a week since the quote and payment information is sent out, we will regard the orders as cancelled.
14. Notice
When User had paid via credit card and refund request was accepted later on, the translation fee will still be debited by the credit card company, and then User will receive the refund amount the following month. (Please confirm the cut-off date of your credit card with the credit company.)
We are not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur due to the changes made on this terms and conditions.
15.Governing Law
In accordance with the location of our company, Mauritius law is the governing law to solve all disputes that may arise between us and our customers.
